Every approval you give lets a contract move your tokens later without asking again. The checkup finds the live ones on Robinhood Chain, scores each spender and lets you revoke in one transaction.

Reading approvals needs only an address. Revoking is an approve(spender, 0) transaction you sign in your own wallet, and only the owner of the approvals can send it.
